I enjoy my career as a financial advisor. I take pleasure in the challenge of the ever-changing financial markets. I believe I can make a positive impact on people's lives by helping them navigate through these changing conditions.
The success comes by developing sound financial disciplines. These financial disciplines enable one to reach their financial objectives. Financial tools, such as financial plans and analysis, asset allocations, and various research media are used to define the goals, implement the strategies, and measure the progress towards the objectives.
I enjoy working with people in a long term trusted relationship. I think that clients want a knowledgeable financial advisor that is honest, trustworthy, and serves in their best interest. A trusted relationship is developed over time and the trust is established by commitments kept by both the advisor and the client. Thus, a team is developed between the client and the advisor.
I have worked in the financial industry since 1982, starting out as an Account Manager for P&C Food Markets and Field Accountant for the Big M franchise. I have been a personal Financial Advisor since 1991, at which time I was with IDS Financial Services. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Columbia College.
I hold the following:
I am an active board member for ARISE and for the International Church of the Word. When I am not working, I participate in many outdoor activities and forever, on-going renovations to my home.
As Office Administrator at MJC Financial Services, my main focus is to maintain an effective medium of communication and close collaboration between clients and our team. My responsibilities include financial business operations, marketing, and general office duties.
